If your billing information has changed, payment details can be updated at any time via your subscriber profile page on the Eureka Street website as follows:
Login to your account on Eureka Street website here.
- Click on “Profile” (top right-hand corner) to access your profile page.
- Click on “My Account” and scroll down to “Payment Method”.
- To change payment details including credit card number, expiry date and/or CVC you must add a new payment method. Ensure “Use as default payment method” is ticked. (Note you cannot edit the current payment method).
- Once the new payment method is successfully added, delete the previous payment method (click on the 3 dots beside the card details and select “Delete”).
To cancel your subscription:
- Click on “Profile” (top right-hand corner) to access your profile page.
- Click on “My Account” to access the Stripe payment portal.
- Click on “Cancel plan” to cancel your subscription. (Note: You may cancel your Subscription at any time. However, this cancellation will only take effect from the end of the current billing cycle. See our terms and conditions. )
